Be Healthy
To keep your body healthy, you should do exercise every day. You can go walking or swimming. It is also important to eat fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Don't forget to wash your hands and open windows to get fresh air. Finally, make sure you get enough sleep.
Be Happy
To feel happy, spend time with family and time with friends. Helping others is also a great way to feel good. You can learn new things, like how to play an instrument, read books, or search the Internet for interesting facts. In your free time, do things you enjoy: play games or listen to music.
